Comprehensive implementation of a year-round air conditioning system for the production facilities of one of the existing production shops on the territory of a dairy processing plant PepsiCo Ukraine in Vyshneve (Kyiv region). The reconstructed production facilities with a total area of approx. 2200 sq. m. accommodate new production lines for bottling juice and dairy products.

The project envisages the use of modern energy saving practices, such as exhaust air heat recovery in winter and the use of ambient cold during transitional periods (free-cooling). At the heart of the system are supply and exhaust units from the Ukrainian manufacturer AEROSTAR with energy-efficient EC fans. The adaptive automatic control system based on PLC-controllers enables automatic switching of operating modes according to the ambient temperature and is aimed at achieving minimum energy consumption.

Total air capacity: approx. 180,000 m3/h, cooling capacity: 850 kW, heat output: 347 kW.
