Installation and commissioning of the air conditioning and ventilation system of the new office of MDEM (Marine Design Engineering Mykolaiv) has been completed.
Our company has performed a set of turnkey works: system design, supply of equipment and materials, installation and commissioning.
During the development of the system concept, our specialists were guided by the key requirements of the customer – energy efficiency, flexibility in operation, reliability.
To perform this task, modern energy-efficient inverter-type equipment was used – a multi-system with cassette-type indoor units.
The equipment used, in addition to its main function – operation in cooling mode, has the ability to operate in “heat pump” mode to ambient temperatures of -20°C. This feature will significantly reduce the customer’s heating costs, as for most of the heating period there will be no need to use a more expensive traditional heating system with coolant from the gas boiler room.
