Specialists of our company have completed a set of commissioning works and commissioned a refrigeration unit for the 2nd stage of reconstruction of the refrigeration system of storage chambers at the «AZHUR» Ice Cream Factory.
As part of the ongoing modernization of the plant, in addition to the previously commissioned refrigeration unit with a capacity of 393 kW, our company designed and manufactured a new refrigeration unit based on single-screw compressors “J&E Hall” (UK). Refrigeration capacity of the installation is 470 kW (at to = -35 ° C, tk = 35 ° C).
The unit is designed to cool existing storage chambers of finished products. Design chamber temperature t = -22 ° C.
In order to minimize energy consumption during the operation of the installation, our engineers used energy-efficient circuit solutions and devices – water-cooled condenser, frequency converter to drive compressors.
The system of automatic control of the installation of own development on the basis of PLC in a complex with system of remote dispatching and monitoring provides reliable and economic operation of the equipment.
